It's time for a cup of good coffee...
This is the slogan that has always been behind the origin of our premium Czech coffee brand EBEL COFFEE, established in 1996. For over twenty years, our brand has been collaborating with farmers across the globe.
Ebel Coffee is like freshly-baked bread from your local bakery. Our espresso is a creamy, aromatic emulsion. This is what we call coffee!
We choose green coffee beans solely from places that grow coffee of superior quality while also being respectful of the surrounding natural environement. New harvests always go directly to our roastery, where fragrant coffee is roasted weekly.

Our coffee selection changes all the time, but to give you a flavor of what premium coffee you might find when you visit us, here is one of our favorites:
Santa Barbara Specialty Coffee When you venture out into the Santa Barbara region, you will find — on the mountains near the town of Trinidad — some beautiful, red, ripe coffee cherries. Coffee plantations in Santa Barbara lie in the midst of the woods, which shelter them from the wind and the burning sun. Those plantations belong to Café de Santa Barbara — a small family coffee business with a nearly hundred-year-old tradition.
Harvesting the coffee usually takes a couple of months, because coffee pickers go into the mountains with their baskets a number of times during the year and pick only the ripest cherries. In a cup, Santa Barbara Specialty Coffee is chocolatey, perfectly balanced with some fruity notes.
